OUR PEOPLE
Marlo Staples is the founder of Yarrow Management Consulting. She is a seasoned leader with over ten years of experience working across private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Her approach to leadership is rooted in empathy, trust, and strength-based strategies. Her diverse background is built from her experiences working in management consulting, philanthropy, and corporate social responsibility. Marlo excels in project management, group facilitation, and leveraging data to tell compelling stories. She brings a unique blend of strategic planning, business reporting, and training implementation expertise.
Marlo has a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan Ford School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College.
